What Happens When You Call
If we are up in a tree or running a saw, we may not catch your call live. Our message service picks up every time, so leave your name, your address, and what is going on with the tree. That comes straight to us and we call you back.
One thing worth knowing: the call back may come from a different number than the one you dialed, so please pick up.
What to Have Ready When You Call
None of this is required. It just means we can give you a useful answer on the first call instead of the third.
- Where the tree is on the property. Front yard, back yard, along the fence, over the driveway. This is the first thing that determines how the job gets done.
- How we would get to it. Is there a gate, and roughly how wide? Can a truck get around the side of the house, or is everything in the back reachable only on foot?
- What is near it. The house, a shed, a pool, a fence, a neighbor's garage, the power line to the house. What is underneath a tree matters more than the tree does.
- What you are seeing. Dead branches at the top, a lean that is getting worse, a split after a storm, mushrooms at the base, limbs on the roof. Even in plain language, that tells us a lot.
- A photo or two. Take one from far enough back to get the whole tree and the building next to it in the same frame. That single photo answers more questions than a long description.
- Whether it is urgent. A limb hanging over where your kids play is a different call from a tree you have been meaning to deal with since spring. Say so and we will treat it that way.
Emergencies
If a tree or a large limb is down on your house, your car, or across your driveway, call rather than filling out the form. If a wire is involved, or a limb is touching a line, call the utility first and us second. We are not going to work around a live line that belongs to the power company, and neither should anyone else.
For everything else, the form and the phone get to the same place, so use whichever is easier.

How fast will you get back to me?
We return calls the same day. If we are up in a tree when you ring, leave a message and you will hear back that day. For an emergency, say so and we move you to the front of the line.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Every estimate is free and there is no obligation. We come out, look at the tree in person, and hand you a clear, itemized price before anything starts.
What areas do you serve?
Allentown, Bethlehem, and the surrounding Lehigh Valley, including Emmaus, Hellertown, Catasauqua, Fountain Hill, Hanover Township, Bethlehem Township, and Lower Saucon Township. If you are nearby and not on that list, call and ask.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
It helps, because you can point out exactly what you want done and ask questions on the spot. If you cannot be there, we can still look at the tree and call you with the price.
What should I tell you when I call?
Where you are, roughly how many trees, and what is around them, like a house, a fence, or the power lines. Photos help a lot. That gives us enough to tell you what to expect before we come out.
